New confrontation screen and victory scene
Online matches now have an opening and an ending worthy of the duel.
Confrontation screen
Before the first turn, a 5-second screen shows both players face to face and the drawn battlefield with its rule. The first turn starts at the same instant for both sides, controlled by the server, so nobody gains extra time by loading faster.
Victory scene
The end of the match now has its own scene with the result, rewards and, when relevant, the daily cap notice for wins against the same opponent. In Best-of-3, the scene shows the series score and who won the previous round.
Performance and accessibility
Animations respect the Reduce effects option and the system's reduced-motion preference. On phones the scene uses a lighter version.
