Delete account
If you can sign in
Open Settings → Help → Delete my account and type your player name. Deletion is permanent.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@playcardmasters.com, preferably from the registered email, with your player name and ID if known. We verify ownership before deletion. Never send your password.
What is removed
Authentication user, profile, collection, decks, progress, missions, achievements, cosmetics, rewards, history and usage events. Shared matches are removed; opponents keep anonymized history. Backups follow provider deletion cycles and applicable legal obligations.
